1 large bag coconut
1 can minus 3 tablespoons Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 large bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/8 bar household wax
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In large bowl, mix coconut, Eagle Brand milk, and vanilla with fork . Drop by heaping tablespoon onto parchment lined greased cookie sheet. Bake for 8 to 10 minutes or until coconut is light golden brown . Remove from cookie sheet and place on wire rack to cool. Combine chocolate chips and wax in double boiler until melted and smooth. Dip each cookie in chocolate using metal slotted spoon. Place on wax paper to set. Store in airtight container or wrap in cellophane and bring to your cookie exchange!
